At the June 21, 2012, Pinecrest Board of Directors’ meeting a By-Laws Resolution was passed unanimously by the Board as follows: “Based on the approved Board of Directors motion on February 18, 2010, the Pinecrest POA, Inc. Board Officers who serve in good standing, attend a minimum of ten monthly Board meetings and continue to contribute their services based upon the duties assigned are entitled to a refund of their annual common charges at the end of the fiscal year”. This provision went into effect in 2010 and has now been formalized within the Pinecrest By-Laws. The purpose of this provision is to both encourage volunteer homeowners to step forward to serve the community in a very important capacity and to monetarily refund Board members only after they have met their Board commitments. |

Be advised that on November 1st a new security service will begin to protect Pinecrest. Our new security service is SLED certified. This means they will be issuing tickets for speeders in our community. They will work with the Bluffton Police and they plan to drive through our community around the clock." |
